How you will make an impact with us Measurement framework & metrics design * Identify and define the business metrics that best indicate process adoption, tool usage, and behavioural change across Sales Units. * Contribute to the design of the enterprise-wide enablement measurement framework - translating enablement activity into observable, comparable indicators. * Document measurement requirements and work with PDD and IT/data teams to ensure the right data is captured, accessible, and fit for purpose. * Maintain and update the metrics catalogue as SEA frameworks evolve and new initiatives are launched. Analysis & insight generation * Analyse adoption and behavioural data across Sales Units to identify where enablement is working, where gaps exist, and where alignment needs to improve. * Build and maintain dashboards that give SEA leadership and stakeholders a clear, comparable view of adoption progress across the enterprise. * Spot patterns and risks in the data - surfacing findings in a clear, actionable format that informs decisions on enablement priorities and change approaches. * Connect enablement inputs to GTM behaviour outcomes, helping the team demonstrate the impact of its work.
