## About the Role

Do you have experience in Safety standards in production?, * Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality control, quality assurance, or related fields minimum of 1 year.

 * Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, CGMP, and HACCP is highly desirable.
 * Hands-on experience operating measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and advanced inspection systems like vision inspection systems.
 * Knowledge of quality management principles, including conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
 * Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately for process improvements.
 * Experience working within regulated environments requiring meticulous documentation and compliance adherence. ## Description

Go To Staffing is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Tech to join our diverse team of associates. Candidates must have at least a year of experience in a Manufacturing Environment. Previous work experience must include ensuring products meet safety, compliance, and quality standards by inspecting raw materials and finished goods, documenting processes, and reducing defects. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, using precision measuring tools, maintaining regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, cGMP), and collaborating with production teams to fix quality issues., * Inspection & Testing: Inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products for defects, using tools like calipers and micrometers.

 * Documentation: Recording test data, maintaining production logs, and documenting non-conformances.
 * Compliance: Ensuring products comply with internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements like FDA or ISO 9001.
 * Process Improvement: Identifying root causes of quality failures and recommending corrective actions (CAPA).
 * Collaboration: Working with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
 * Training: Providing training to production staff regarding quality standards and procedures.
