The ideal candidate will blend strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise in the Microsoft cloud stack to ensure our employees have a seamless, secure, and productive technology experience., * Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 3 years of related experience. * 3-5 years of experience leading a technical support team or help desk. * 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator. * Knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint. * Strong familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device troubleshooting. * Basic understanding of existing network programs and capabilities. * Excellent workstation and network troubleshooting skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite (or equivalent). * Must possess the ability to work well within a team. * Ability to multitask at a high level in a fast-paced work environment and work efficiently under pressure. * Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to coordinate personal travel logistics in accordance with company policy. * Pre-employment screening, including a background check, is required. ## Description In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the help desk, managing a team of support specialists, and driving the optimization of our M365 environment (including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune)., * Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope of project. * Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. * Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to management. * Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports. * Performs other related duties as assigned, including supporting general needs of IT Department. * Supporting staff utilizing MS Office Suite, G-Suite, Adobe, DocuSign. * Support Video conferencing software including Zoom, WebEx, MS Team, Google Meet. * Assist with IT Support at Foundation Events. * May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction. * Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization's evolving needs or the department's mission. * Manage the global M365 environment, including user identities, licensing, and security groups via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). * Implement and manage security policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Mail Flow rules. * Oversee mobile device management (MDM) and desktop imaging using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. * Administer and optimize Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business to ensure efficient internal collaboration * Track hardware and software inventory, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and compliant. * Train, and mentor help desk staff.
