BTS is a purpose-built ABA therapy center designed to support clinical quality, reduce unnecessary administrative burden, and allow BCBAs to focus on delivering meaningful, high-quality care. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about working directly with clients, supporting staff, and contributing to the continued growth and development of a strong clinical program. A Center Administrator supports front-office, administrative, scheduling, and operational functions so you can remain focused on clinical responsibilities. You will not be isolated. You will work closely with the Clinical Director and other BCBAs in a collaborative environment that values communication, accountability, and professional growth. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys clinical work, team collaboration, and being part of a growing organization., As a BCBA at BTS, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services while maintaining a manageable caseload. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and support clinical consistency and quality across your caseload. This role allows you to focus on clinical decision-making, treatment integrity, and meaningful outcomes while working within a supportive and structured environment.
