## Description

* We act as the SME for Oracle Fusion P2P and Procurement.
 * We manage and resolve BAU support tickets from end users and SMEs.
 * We investigate issues and deliver end-to-end resolution.
 * We perform hands-on configuration changes within Oracle Fusion.
 * We deliver small enhancements and system improvements.
 * We provide clear updates and communication to business stakeholders.
 * We work autonomously with minimal structure or tiered support.

The role is focused on supporting our Procure-to-Pay and Procurement functions in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, with ownership of incoming demand and direct stakeholder engagement. This is a flexible 2-day-per-week engagement that offers real ownership, varied work across issue resolution and enhancements, and strong exposure to key business stakeholders.
