## Description

The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for enabling successful delivery across multiple Agile teams, projects, programmes or strategic transformation initiatives. The role provides advanced Agile leadership, coaching and facilitation whilst helping Convatec improve organisational delivery performance and Agile maturity., * Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams and strategic initiatives.

 * Facilitate project/programme-level planning activities.
 * Coordinate delivery dependencies across teams and workstreams.
 * Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters and delivery leaders.
 * Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies for complex and strategic initiatives.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple teams.
 * Establish Agile best practices and standards.
 * Support organisational Agile operating model evolution.
 * Conduct Agile maturity assessments and improvement planning.
 * Drive adoption of Lean and Agile principles.
 * Support Agile portfolio delivery approaches.
 * Improve transparency of delivery performance through metrics.
 * Monitor programme-level delivery effectiveness.
 * Facilitate resolution of complex delivery risks and impediments.
 * Partner with PMO, Project, Programme Managers and Portfolio Leaders.
 * Support business readiness and change adoption activities.
