## About the Role

* Several years of experience in Product Management, preferably as a Product Owner (m/f/d) or Product Manager (m/f/d) in a digital environment
 * Proven experience in digital product development from discovery through delivery
 * Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritisation and stakeholder management
 * Solid understanding of data-driven product management and agile methodologies
 * Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Digital Advertising or E-Commerce is considered a strong advantage
 * Understanding of monetisation models, business cases and relevant product performance metrics
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams across Business, UX, Analytics and Engineering
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and results-oriented mindset
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills across operational and senior management levels
 * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
 * High degree of ownership, initiative and decision-making capability
 * Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage

## Description

* Ownership of the product vision, product strategy and roadmap for onsite advertising products across web and app
 * Prioritisation and management of the product backlog based on business impact, customer value and revenue potential
 * Support the business unit in planning, conception and launch of new advertising formats and placements across the digital customer journey
 * Responsibility for the functional leadership of product development in close collaboration with UX, Engineering, Analytics and QA teams
 * Stakeholder management and alignment across Retail Media, Marketing, Digital Commerce and Technology organisations
 * Definition, monitoring and analysis of relevant product and business KPIs
 * Design and support of experimentation initiatives, A/B testing and continuous optimisation activities
 * Ensuring an effective balance between user experience, commercial objectives and technical feasibility
 * Further development of the Retail Media platform landscape and ownership of related integration initiatives
 * Identification and execution of opportunities to improve onsite advertising performance, scalability and operational efficiency
