* 5+ years Scrum Master experience
 * Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments (SAFe preferred)
 * Oil & Gas industry experience highly preferred
 * Proven experience building and scaling teams from scratch
 * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
 * Exposure to Power BI reporting
 * Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership
 * SAFe or CSM certification preferred
 * Waterfall experience is a plus
