## About the Role

* 10+ years of hands-on large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
 * 5+ years of technical lead experience, including large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
 * 5+ years experience with Informatica ETL

 * 4+ years hands on with Azure cloud-based data platform projects.
 * 2+ years with Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures, including Power BI
 * Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

 * Insurance experience

## Description

Technical Informatica ETL Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-scale data warehouse and analytics initiatives.

 * This role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of modern data platforms, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Fabric and data governance using Microsoft Purview.
 * Should have expertise in delivering projects involving EDW modernization, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions.

 * Partner with client on Fabric/Purview integration & implementation
 * Participate in implementation and integration of Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Science, Power BI).
 * Communicating with Customer on daily/weekly/need basis to participate in the strategic discussions.
 * Lead the team of 10 - 20 associates
 * Knowledge of issue management and risk management, Scope management and resource management.
 * Self-motivated with an ability to learn and work on project.
 * Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives, from initiation through closure.
 * Drafting proposals, providing effort estimations, and participating in client presentations
 * Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed solutions on Data Governance & Management.
 * Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures.
 * Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, and compliance.
 * Understanding of Azure data services and BI ecosystems (e.g., Power BI).
 * Leverage Fabric/Purview implementation experience to lead the delivery in the engagement
