 * Monitor velocity, burndown, capacity, and sprint health metrics.
 * Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
 * Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
 * Communicate sprint results, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
 * Report delivery status to management and governance committees.
 * Drive mitigation plans and follow through on action items.
 * Maintain Jira and Azure DevOps boards.
 * Ensure user stories, tasks, defects, and statuses are accurately updated.
