Raytheon is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to support the Surveillance portfolio of factories in McKinney, Texas to maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and deliver increasing value to the customer. Industrial Engineers are responsible for Labor Performance Analyses, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Manpower Planning, Factory Layouts, Factory Simulations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and more.
