* PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development
 * Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks
 * Experience with large-scale AI systems and distributed computing
 * Strong research background with publications in top-tier conferences
 * Experience with computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning
 * Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with blockchain and AI integration
 * Knowledge of quantum computing and its applications
 * Previous work in fintech or healthcare AI
 * Experience with MLOps and model deployment
 * Contributions to open-source AI projects

## Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge AI Research team. You will lead the development of innovative AI solutions including machine learning models, neural networks, and deep learning algorithms that power our next-generation products.
Responsibilities

 * 1 Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms
 * 2 Lead research projects in deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing
 * 3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
 * 4 Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
 * 5 Stay current with the latest AI research and implement novel approaches
 * 7 Work on large-scale distributed training systems
 * 8 Contribute to open-source projects and publish research papers
