Desired Qualifications * A major in an Analytics or Computer related field is highly desired., * Master's (Preferred), * PESTONI metrics analysis: 2 years (Required) * USN post-Major Command Commander afloat or equivalent: 2 years (Required) * DoD or USN major staffs (Echelon 3 or above): 5 years (Required) * Database design and management: 5 years (Required) * data analysis for complex projects: 5 years (Required) ## Description Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking Senior Navy Data Analyst - Predictive Analytics to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position will be performed onsite at Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT) in Norfolk, Virginia. We estimate the award will be made in late September 2026 with a PoP starting November 18, 2026. Lead advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and readiness metric development supporting COMNAVSURFLANT Force Generation decisions across the PESTONI pillars. This role is designated Key Personnel. Required Clearance * Active Secret clearance required at the time of proposal submission and maintained for the life of the contract.
