Reporting to the Network Architecture & Security Manager, this position focuses on ensuring the company's network is secure, efficient, scalable, and cost-effective. The analyst serves as a key technical resource, providing guidance on optimizing network performance while maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's specific networking needs and priorities. This role is deeply involved in evaluating and implementing solutions that align functionality with fiscal responsibility, striving to balance operational performance and cost across all networked environments., * Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for ideas, strategic discussions, and decision making; * Provide hands-on support during periods of high-ticket volume, increased project demand, and after-hours operational needs; * Assist with project management activities as required to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational goals; * Collaborate with Technology and Regional teams to design and implement LAN, WAN, and security solutions, including cabling, routers, switches, and related infrastructure; * Travel to regional and onsite locations as required to support deployments and initiatives; * Monitor and analyze network traffic and utilization to validate departmental requirements and identify opportunities to maintain or enhance overall network efficiency; * Leverage available tools and technologies to assess the performance of network and security systems.
