## Description

* Design develop and support Oracle CDC solutions for near real-time data replication and integration across enterprise platforms
 * Implement and maintain Oracle Goldengate Configure monitor and optimize Debezium connectors CDC pipelines and processes to capture and propagate source system changes with high reliability
 * Collaborate with business application and data teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable data integration solutions
 * Monitor troubleshoot and optimize CDC processes ensuring data accuracy performance and minimal latency across environments
 * Work with large volume transactional systems ensuring compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards in the banking domain
 * Support production deployments incident management root cause analysis and performance tuning for Oracle databases and CDC infrastructure
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation operational runbooks and best practices while participating in Agile Scrum delivery teams
