Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * HS + 5 years of experience in Information Technology

 * BS +3 years of experience in Information Technology.

Skills:

 * Experience troubleshooting Hardware/Software issues.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
 * Experience in Customer Service.
 * Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 * Must have active interim Secret clearance or above.
 * Must be able to travel to Washington, DC to deploy equipment.
 * Must be able to type.

## Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 * Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
 * Install and Image software on laptops and workstations.
 * Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities
 * Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
 * Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
 * Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes.
 * Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.
 * Other duties as assigned.
