One remote workday a week may be possible with prior departmental approval. ## Description * We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our development and integration teams in the Design, Delivery, and Support of Consumer solutions * In this role, the incumbent's goal will be to provide seamless, sustainable, and innovative solutions that exceed expectations and drive trust and satisfaction with the Honda and Acura brands. * The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT / Software Development including Agile Project and Program Management in a complex environment, with hands-on experience in managing multiple IT teams and projects simultaneously * As the Team Lead of B2C and MarTech, you will work with the Unit Lead to help manage Honda's roadmap, work with our business and marketing partners, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions to enhance our understanding of our customers' needs.
