Overdales are looking for two Data Quality Administrators to join our Data Quality function. As a Data Quality Administrator, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer, client and operational data is accurate, reliable and supports effective decision-making across the business. Working collaboratively with teams across Overdales, you'll investigate issues, review and validate data, identify trends and root causes, and help ensure accounts and information move efficiently through our systems and processes. Our Data Quality function supports both the operational management of client and customer data and the monitoring of collection and contact strategies. These opportunities provide exposure to a wide range of systems, stakeholders and business processes, offering the chance to make a real impact on customer outcomes, operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
