This role focuses on both execution and delivery-ensuring core systems (compute, identity, storage, and virtualization) are stable, secure, and scalable, while contributing to infrastructure buildouts, system improvements, and automation initiatives., * Design, deploy, and improve infrastructure for site buildouts, expansions, and core enterprise services (AD, Azure AD, M365). * Implement and operate virtualization, compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems. * Contribute to capacity planning, performance optimization, and security improvements. * Automate and streamline operations using scripting and configuration management tools. * Document systems and contribute to technical projects and implementations. Operations and Support: * Operate and support infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). * Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues impacting performance and availability. * Troubleshoot complex issues across systems, storage, and networking. * Provide escalation support and participate in on-call and escalations support.
