## Description

As a Staff Engineer on the NOVA Cloud team, you'll lead the architecture for our cloud platform, designing service boundaries, APIs, and plugin infrastructure. You'll own services end-to-end, bring structure to complex technical problems, and set the standard for how the team builds and operates cloud-native infrastructure. This is a role for a senior engineer who thinks beyond features and cares deeply about how systems fit together.

Activities

 * Drive the architecture of our cloud platform with extensibility and scalability in mind
 * Accelerate the NOVA platform by building NOVA Cloud - the orchestration layer for NOVA
 * OS instances that extends the NOVA ecosystem with new capabilities
 * Design integration patterns and APIs that allow external services and plugins to connect reliably
 * Think through multi-tenancy, service boundaries, and ecosystem design from the ground up
 * Implement backend services and own them end-to-end, from design through production
 * Evolve our Kubernetes-based infrastructure
 * Experience in developing helm charts, GitOps
 * Define how services communicate, authenticate, and scale
 * Bring structure to complex technical problems and take others along with you, 2. Follow-Up Interview, remote, with Hiring Manager / VP Engineering (45 min)
 3. Tech Interview, remote, with Engineers from the team (60 min)
 4. Onsite Interview with Team, Product Demo and Live Exercise (appr. 3h)
