## Description

* Begleitung und Coaching agiler Teams bei der Einführung und konsequenten Anwendung von Scrum und SAFe
 * Moderation und Organisation der zentralen agilen Zeremonien, insbesondere Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospektiven und Backlog Refinements
 * Unterstützung der Teams bei Selbstorganisation, Selbstmanagement und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
 * Identifikation, Beseitigung und ggf. Eskalation von Impediments und Blockaden
 * Förderung einer kollaborativen und leistungsfähigen Teamstruktur
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung des agilen Operating Models
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, anderen Scrum Mastern/Team Coaches und dem Release Train Engineer (RTE)
 * Aktive Unterstützung bei der PI-Planung und Koordination innerhalb des Agile Release Trains
 * Förderung von Team Flow und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der agilen Arbeitsweise
 * Begleitung der Teams im Veränderungsprozess von klassischen zu skalierten agilen Arbeitsweisen
