 - Der wissbegierige Teamplayer: Du bist kommunikativ, motiviert und hast Lust komplexe Cyber Security-Themen zu verstehen und lösungsorientiert zu vermitteln. Deine Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig, analytisch und strukturiert - du arbeitest gerne im Team und übernimmst nach und nach mehr Eigenverantwortung.
 - Erste Cyber-Security-Erfahrung: Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Informationssicherheit mit (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung) und hast großes Interesse an operativer oder architektonischer IT-Sicherheit (z. B. Security Architecture, Network Security, Cloud Security).
 - Normen- und Framework-Wissen: Du hast (Grund)Kenntnisse über gängige Sicherheitsstandards (z. B. ISO 27001, NIS2, BSI Grundschutz, C5) und bist motiviert, diese in der Praxis anzuwenden und zu vertiefen.
