## Description

* Installation und Support von PC-/Notebooksysteme (Windows), Embedded Systems/Industrial PCs in einer Produktionsumgebung, Arbeitsplatztelefone (Cisco), mobile Endgeräte (iOS/Android) sowie Drucker und Scanner, auch mittels Softwareverteilung bzw. Mobile Device Management (Intune)

 * Betreuung des Netzwerkes und der Serversysteme (Cisco, Fortinet, Windows Server)

 * Monitoren von IT gestützten Prozessen (SolarWinds)

 * Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung der IT-gestützten Abläufe

 * Arbeiten mit Ticketsystem zur Sicherstellung der internen Kontrollabläufe (ServiceNow)

 * Helpdesk in 1st und 2nd Level Support

 * Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung von Release-, Patch- und Lifecycle Management

 * Beratung/Support der Fachbereiche zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Systemverfügbarkeit

 * Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten
