## Description

* Erstellung, Pflege und Überprüfung von Berechtigungskonzepten sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien
 * Technologische Beratung rund um die SAP-Landschaft und Entwicklung von Lösungsszenarien, z. B. Für Änderungen oder Schnittstellen
 * Planung und Durchführung von Tests bei SAP-Releasewechseln sowie bei Änderungen an Schnittstellen
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern, Zusammenarbeit mit SAP-Fachbereichen und Entwicklern sowie Verantwortung für die SAP-Benutzerverwaltung
 * Koordination mit dem Hostingpartner, inkl. Anforderungsabstimmung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs (Monitoring, Patchmanagement, Batchsteuerung)
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Services sowie Steuerung und Überwachung des Hostingpartners inklusive Kontrolle der SLA
 * Mitarbeit in unternehmensweiten SAP-Projekten
