## Description

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem First-Level-Support, den Entwicklungsteams und Fachabteilungen zur effizienten Lösung von Kunden- und Systemproblemen
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen sowie eigenständige Störungsbehebung und Lösung technischer Probleme, einschließlich der Abstimmung mit Schnittstellen zu anderen Anlagen und Maschinen
 * Durchführung von Troubleshooting und Kundenbetreuung im In- und Ausland im Rahmen des Kundenservice mit 24/7-Rufbereitschaft
 * Reproduktion und Dokumentation von Fehlerbildern, inklusive Erstellung detaillierter Fehlerberichte für das Entwicklungsteam
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Knowledge-Base-Artikel und Support-Guidelines
 * Beratung interner und externer Anwender hinsichtlich Nutzung, Konfiguration und Integration der Softwarelösungen
 * Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Supportprozessen, Tools und Standards zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität
