* 2+ years of professional AAA game design experience
 * PC or current-generation console experience
 * Familiarity with Unreal Engine, including Data Assets
 * Fluent English (C1 or above)
 * Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany

## Description

As a Senior Game Designer, you will develop and balance gameplay mechanics for our survival city-builder RPG, working closely with programmers and fellow designers on systems, tools, and prototypes., * Work with programmers to develop tools and improve the interface

 * Work with the designers to understand their requests
 * Develop and balance gameplay mechanics and participate in prototype production
 * Manage data and system constraints (engine impact generated by a modification)
 * Work on progression systems, rewards, potentially NPC / AI Behaviour
 * Learning the engine and its constraints
