## Description

* Teamführung & Weiterentwicklung
Du leitest ein Team von vier bis sechs hochmotivierten Frontend Developer:innen fachlich und disziplinarisch. Dabei förderst Du die individuelle sowie gemeinsame Entwicklung, bleibst bei neuen Tech-Trends auf dem Laufenden und teilst Dein Wissen mit Deinen Kolleg:innen.

 * Enterprise IT-Lösungen
Gemeinsam arbeitet Ihr an modernen Webapplikationen für unsere langjährigen Kunden. Je nach Bedarf arbeitest Du dabei als Entwickler:in, Coach, Sparringspartner:in oder technische:r Leiter:in (Techlead).

 * Technische Verantwortung
Du verantwortest die Architektur und die technische Ausrichtung Deines Teams und des Produkts. Der aktuelle Stack umfasst React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Playwright, Design Systems und GraphQL sowie .NET im Backend.

 * Kundenorientierte Lösungen
Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und setzt sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Kundenseite um.
