This role ensures seamless connectivity between internal platforms, third-party providers, and client-facing systems, maintaining the reliability, scalability, and performance of all integration workflows. The Technology Services Lead works closely with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and integration strategies. The Technology Services Lead also serves as the primary point of contact for client technical support, addressing integration-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges. This includes supporting client onboarding, guiding implementation processes, and providing clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
