Preferred Qualifications * Business Central experience involving finance, purchasing, inventory, reporting, manufacturing, or operational workflows. * Experience supporting applications in a manufacturing environment. * Experience with ShopVue, CDK Global, CYMA, JobBOSS, or similar platforms. * Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, APIs, integrations, or reporting and query tools. * Understanding of software development lifecycles, change management, quality-assurance testing, or ITIL practices. * Experience coordinating application implementations, upgrades, or process-improvement projects. * Experience working with software vendors, including issue escalation and release coordination., * Please describe your hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will serve as the connection between employees, department leaders, IT, software vendors, and executive leadership. The Application Analyst will translate operational needs into practical system solutions, troubleshoot application issues, improve workflows, support reporting needs, and help ensure our systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required for this position. Experience with manufacturing, finance, inventory, purchasing, or other operational functions within Business Central is strongly preferred.
