 * Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
 * Experience working in Banking or Financial Services organizations
 * Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
 * Exposure to payment gateways and digital payment solutions
 * Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross functional teams
 * Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables

 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
 * Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
