EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * Experience with Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, and Azure data platforms. * Experience supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable enterprise systems. * Experience with CRM platforms, EDI solutions, and enterprise integration architecture. * Knowledge of architecture governance frameworks, design review processes, and technology standards development. * Experience leading application modernization or technical debt reduction initiatives. * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, agentic AI concepts, and AI-enabled business solutions. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Relevant industry certifications are a plus (TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI, etc.). ## Description PECO is seeking an Enterprise Systems Architect to help shape the future of our business technology landscape. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring that applications, integrations, data platforms, infrastructure, and emerging AI capabilities work together as a secure, scalable, and cohesive enterprise ecosystem., Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the Enterprise Systems Architect serves as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution.
