You will be working with WCI, Inc. partners and the engineering and product teams to ensure quality development and quality of our application., * Architect, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools using programming languages such as JavaScript. * Design, write, execute, and debug automated scripts for UI, API, and back-end database testing and identify system flaws. * Perform manual and automated testing strategies. * Integrate the automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines. * Write code to improve the overall testability of the software. * Collaborate with software developers to focus on test-driven development. * Define, measure, and analyze quality metrics. Analyze trends to identify patterns or changes that could impact product delivery. Communicate test results and defect tracking. * Conduct root cause analysis when issues or defects are identified. * Design and execute performance, load and security tests to simulate real-world traffic to prevent performance issues with the application. * Configure and manage test environments, maintain test data, and troubleshoot test failures to differentiate between real software bugs and not valid test cases. * Mentor the team and individuals on best automation practices, design and implementation. * Conduct exploratory testing. * Track testing progress. * Foster effective communication and collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and priorities. * Assist WCI, Inc.
