 * 5+ years as Project Manager and Scrum Master.
 * Insurance domain experience (P&C, Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits preferred).
 * Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SDLC, Jira/Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
 * Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP preferred.
 * Success Metrics: On-time and on-budget delivery, sprint predictability, client satisfaction, delivery quality, and governance compliance.

## Description

* Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint ceremonies and removing impediments.
 * Manage end-to-end Insurance transformation projects using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
 * Track project financials, KPIs, resource utilization, and compliance requirements.
 * Lead onsite/offshore teams and mentor team members.
 * Drive initiatives across Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Regulatory Programs.
