## About the Role

This role supports application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up across multiple technology initiatives. The candidate will support a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications, ensuring coordinated execution, accurate reporting, timely delivery, and successful completion of required activities., * Experience in technology operations or project coordination

 * Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking
 * Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, or similar tools
 * Strong project planning, documentation, and status reporting skills
 * Experience with RISE or Quartz infrastructure

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 * Application management experience
 * Quality Assurance experience
 * Risk, compliance, or governance experience
 * Strong organizational skills
 * Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
 * Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

## Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 * Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests
 * Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items
 * Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting
 * Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities
 * Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts
