You must be able and motivated to expand your technical knowledge and skills through a combination of formal training, self-directed training, and on-the-job experience. Even though we say our responsibility is to manage the above items, we are expected to continually look for enhancement opportunities for the support and services we offer to our stakeholders. We are looking for candidates who continually strive to improve themselves so they can improve the organization as well., * At least 3 years of experience managing a VMware environment * At least 3 years of experience building automation with tools such as: * PowerShell * Python * Puppet * Ansible * BASH * At least 5 years of experience managing Windows Server and Linux Server Operating Systems, * Experience with monitoring systems such as: * Splunk * LogicMonitor * Tanium * Tenable * Knowledgeable in basic network configuration (route switch, firewall, cabling, layer 2 heavy environments, data center and campus networking, routing protocols, subnetting, IP protocols, IOSXE, Cisco ASA/FTD) * Experience in managing ServiceNow tickets, as well as developing reporting and dashboards * Experience in managing projects or leading the work of others, WWT will consider for employment, without regard to disability, a disabled applicant who satisfies the requisite skill, experience, education, and other job-related requirements of the job and is capable of performing the essential requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
