This role delivers operational solutions utilizing .NET and React technologies, develops high-performing datasets and analytics products, and drives API integration strategies to enable seamless connectivity across products. The position combines technical development, data analysis, AI and problem-solving skills to improve operational outcomes. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, this role translates complex operational requirements into scalable, data products, and reporting solutions that support operational objectives. * Develop and enhance operational data solutions and SQL-based datasets that support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making. Support integration of operational and enterprise data sources to improve accessibility, consistency, and usability of data across teams * Develop and support the design and delivery of secure full-stack solutions utilizing .NET and React technologies; establish development standards, drive API and AI integration strategies, and ensure scalable, high-performing, cross-browser compatible web applications that support business objectives * Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows, enhance reporting, improve user experiences, and generate actionable operational insights * Maintain documentation and data governance standards for operational datasets, data models, and reporting tools to support data accuracy, consistency, and sustainability.
