## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
 * 5 8+ years of hands on SAP ERP experience with strong proficiency in PP, QM, IM, and/or WM.
 * Experience supporting production or warehouse operations within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
 * Ability to convert complex process requirements into technical/system solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
 * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and MES system integration.
 * Prior ECC to S/4HANA transformation experience
 * Familiarity with Material Masters, Quality Notifications, Production Orders, Goods Movements, BOMs/Routings, and Change Management processes.
 * Experience with operational improvement initiatives within production, quality, or warehouse environments.
 * Understanding of warehouse automation, Industry 4.0 concepts, and digital quality systems.
