* Strong experience administering VMware NSX-T in enterprise environments
 * Solid understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, BGP, OSPF, VX
 * Hands-on experience with vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and related VMware ecosystem technologies.
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex networking and virtualization issues across multiple layers.
 * Familiarity with network security best practices and micro segmentation design.
 * Experience with automation/scripting using PowerShell/PowerCLI, Python, or REST APIs.
 * VMware certifications such as VCP-NV, VCAP-NV, or equivalent hands on expertise
 * Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure).
 * Experience with monitoring tools (vRealize Network Insight, Aria Operations, SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.).
