## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience., * Proven history of technical contributions and understanding of the engineering process (Hardware and Firmware/Software)

 * Strong background in Agile Methodologies with preferred experience in Scaled Agile Framework
 * Established approaches in data capture and reporting to inform decisions and show status
 * Fluency in data presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or other dashboarding approaches

 * Demonstrated ability to achieve stakeholder consensus and drive alignment

## Description

As an Advanced Technical Scrum Master (Adv Software Engr) for the Torpedo Systems Group, you will lead agile execution for highly technical multi-discipline teams including facilitation of agile ceremonies and driving agile maturation. You will work closely with Program and Engineering leadership to provide status, develop plans, maintain metrics, and communicate with stakeholders and customers.
