Your responsibilities will span dashboard development, data pipeline optimization, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. * BI and Data Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, BI reports, and optimize ETL processes and data models for efficient and scalable data insights. * AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI) to accelerate SQL and dbt script writing, debug data anomalies, and streamline data workflows. * Performance Analysis & Strategic Collaboration: Analyze media performance data to identify trends and anomalies, collaborate with media, marketing, and tech teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, and influence strategy through clear data presentation. * Data Integrity & Innovation: Ensure data integrity through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of backend data infrastructure, while staying ahead of industry best practices and advancements in BI, data visualization, and AI capabilities., Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we're just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
