 * Administration des ERP-Systems, Einrichtung und Pflege von Usern und Benutzerrechten
 * Anwendungsbetreuung und fachliche Betreuung bei der Umsetzung von ERP-Projekten
 * First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Mitwirkung an der zukünftigen Entwicklung in ERP-relevanten Bereichen
 * Unterstützung des ERP-Anbieters bei der Erstellung neuer Anwendungen
 * Umsetzung und Planung von Anpassungen am ERP- System
