## Description

* Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Verfügbarkeit und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Business Applications.
 * Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Fachbereiche bei Anforderungen, Erweiterungen, neuen Funktionen und Optimierungspotenzialen.
 * Du bearbeitest und koordinierst Incidents sowie Service Requests im 2nd-Level-Support.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit internen IT-Bereichen zusammen, um Anwendungen erfolgreich in bestehende IT-Prozesse zu integrieren.
 * Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und Softwarehersteller.
 * Du pflegst und erweiterst Wissensdatenbanken, Support-Dokumentationen und Lösungsartikel.
 * Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, Dienstleistern und Herstellern.
