* Ganzheitliches Projektmanagement - Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten oder Teilprojekten in allen Bereichen von Fritz Berger
 * Prozessanalyse und -optimierung - Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
 * Schnittstelle - Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen internen Stakeholdern, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Projektcontrolling und Reporting - Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Management-Präsentationen zur transparenten Projektkommunikation
 * Testmanagement und Rollout - Begleitung von Testphasen, Abnahmen und der erfolgreichen Einführung neuer Prozesse und Systeme ins Tagesgeschäft
