## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Fach, alternativ gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung.
 * Sichere Python-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Git.
 * Projekterfahrung mit Machine Learning auf realen Daten, idealerweise aus Produktion oder Sensorik.
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Sprachmodellen, etwa RAG-Anwendungen oder Agenten mit LangChain oder LangGraph.
 * SQL-Kenntnisse und ein Grundverständnis von Datenarchitekturen.
 * Die Fähigkeit, Fachbereichen verständlich zu erklären, was ein Modell leisten kann und was nicht, und Ergebnisse vor Kunden zu vertreten.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
 * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zu unseren Kunden.
