Prozessoptimierung: Verantwortung für den Projektportfolio-Prozess, inklusive dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung in Abstimmung mit dem zentralen PMO

Tool-Verantwortung: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der intern genutzten Projekttools für das Portfoliomanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachbereichen

Ressourcenmanagement: Analyse und transparente Darstellung von Projektabhängigkeiten und Ressourcenkonflikten sowie die proaktive Erarbeitung von Lösungsstrategien

Schnittstellenfunktion: Agieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für diverse Stakeholder wie IT-Management, Fachbereiche, Product Owner und Controlling
