 * bearbeiten Anfragen oder Störungen über ein IT Service Management System, was die Lösung, Dokumentation und Kommunikation einschließt
 * wirken bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von IT Projekten mit
 * analysieren nachhaltig IT Fehler und arbeiten an deren zukünftiger Vermeidung
 * stellen den reibungslosen IT Betrieb an den medizinischen Laborstandorten sicher
 * beraten die Anwender bei der Betreuung und Ausstattung ihrer Hard- und Software
