Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience in hardware repair, preferably with Apple products.

 * Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for repairs.
 * Strong analytical skills to assess problems accurately and propose solutions., * Computer Repair: 2 years (Required)

## Description

We are looking for someone with current extensive knowledge in the repair of Apple Devices, iMac, Portables and iPhones.

Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities

 * Diagnose and repair hardware issues for a variety of Apple products.
 * Provide technical support to customers both in-store and remotely.
 * Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently.
 * Assist with retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
 * Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are in good condition.
 * Stay updated on the latest Apple products and technologies to provide accurate information.
 * Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
