## Description

* Konzeption, Verwaltung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Durchführung von Diagnosen zur Identifizierung, Aufzeichnung und Fehlerbehebung von Hardware- und Software-Fehlern
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Einrichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Pflege von IT-Systemen, On-Premise, hybrid oder in der Cloud
 * Verantwortlich für den Betrieb von Anwendungen aus Serversystemen und Security sowie die Systemadministration
 * Erarbeitung von Lösungswegen inkl. Dokumentation und Anleitung mit anschließender Weitergabe an den 1st und 2nd Level-Support
