## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration in einer SMB/Enterprise- oder international verteilten Infrastruktur
 * Breite Praxis in Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware), Windows-Server-Betrieb sowie in Monitoring/Recovery und Sicherheitsgrundlagen (Hardening, Patching, Least Privilege)
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cloud- und Hybrid-Themen, insbesondere Microsoft Azure
 * Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Umsetzung technischer Maßnahmen und IT-Projekte inkl. strukturierter Betriebsübergabe und Dokumentation
 * Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-20 Tage/Jahr) sowie sichere Zusammenarbeit im deutsch- und englischsprachigen Kontext (Kommunikation und Dokumentation)

## Description

* Konzepte der IT-Architektur in umsetzbare technische Lösungen übersetzen und Infrastruktur- sowie Azure-Cloud-Projekte eigenverantwortlich realisieren (inkl. Übergabe in den Betrieb)
 * Cloud-Strategie operativ vorantreiben und Standards für Betrieb, Security und Dokumentation (Runbooks) konsequent verankern
 * Plattformbetrieb in virtualisierten Umgebungen (VMware oder vergleichbar) sowie Windows-Server-Umgebungen unterstützen und weiterentwickeln
 * Qualifizierten Second-Level-Support leisten und komplexe Störungen nachhaltig beheben (Ursachenanalyse, Maßnahmen, Lessons Learned)
 * Systemhärtung und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen planen und umsetzen (Patching, Least Privilege, Hardening-Standards) sowie externe Partner fachlich steuern
