In this role, you will act as a primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams-gathering testable requirements, designing As-Is/To-Be workflows, serving as a Scrum Master/Agile facilitator, and establishing repeatable QA testing and maintenance processes., * Requirements & Agile Facilitation: Elicit, write, and manage granular epics, features, and user stories using Jira or Monday.com.
